Member Registration

All new members to USAYESS will be asked to create an account before they can register as members. (email and password)

New Head Coaches must register first in order to create a team account before any other team members may register with the team.


Athlete Registration

All student-athletes click the button below to register.


Adult, Coach, and Volunteer Registration

All adults must complete the registration, pass the background check, and pass the Abuse Prevention Systems training before they are considered members of USAYESS. This includes all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Adult Volunteers.


NOTES:

  • USAYESS season runs October 1st through September 30th.
  • Registration opens every year on August 1st.
  • Membership registration closes on May 1st. 
  • a Team may make one payment for the entire team. The head coach will be given a code for the athletes to register without payment. All members must register individually. Coaches may not register athletes. Parents should register their own athletes in order to sign wavers and consent forms.
  • Registration for adults includes an  on online federally mandated Athlete Protection Training (APT) online course.
  • NEW Parents are also able to go through the online APT course as well and are encourage to do so. The parent course is available in our Resources section.
  • Divisions:
    • Novice: 6th grade and below (dependent upon maturity, and coach’s approval) *
    • Intermediate: 7th through 8th grades *
    • Jr. Varsity: 9th grade and first-time competitors in high school *
    • Senior: 10th 12th (no bump-ups into the collegiate division)
    • College: Freshman through Senior (full-time college undergraduate. Includes: Community Colleges, Colleges, Universities, and Trade Schools)  
  • *Athletes in this division, may be bumped up into the next higher division.
  • ** USAYESS state partners and or affiliates are highly encouraged to host collegiate state championships as separate events, in conjunction with their grade school tournaments. College athletes may not compete against grade school athletes. As a partnership with ACUI, and bridge to college clay target sports, USAYESS does not host any Regional or 

All adult volunteers will be sent a link to complete the online Athlete Harassment Training  Course.

What is the difference between a Head Coach and an Affiliate Coach?

A Head Coach is a member who manages a team of regular athletes.

An Affiliate Coach is a member who does not have to a team but coaches/instructs independently for a fee.
