PLEASANT GROVE, UT – USA Youth Education in Shooting Sports (USAYESS) announced today that Tresha Landers has accepted the position of President of the Alabama Youth Education in Shooting Sports (ALYESS) organization.

Tresha has long supported USAYESS and has attended USAYESS events over the past several years, offering her assistance in compiling scores and any other aid USAYESS has asked of her. Most notably, Tresha has traveled to San Antonio yearly to assist in the USAYESS National Junior Clay Target Championships. Many will recognize her for her help at Nationals and other events, her work behind the scoring counter, assisting in award ceremonies, mingling with sponsors and supporters, and being the comedy relief for USAYESS staff.

"Tresha has been a part of our USAYESS family for several years, and we are confident that she will create many opportunities for youth shooting sports in Alabama."

The Board of Directors in Alabama has Tresha Landers as President, Tim Sellin as Vice President, Parker Landers as Board Member, Bailey Jones as Board Member, and Brian Beard as Executive Advisor.

In addition to the announcement in Alabama, USA Youth Education in Shooting Sports (USAYESS) joined with Florida Youth Education in Shooting Sports (FLYESS) in announcing today that Jennifer Horsley has accepted the position of State Director of the organization.

Jennifer has been a resident of Florida for the past 24 years. She is married to a retired Navy Veteran and is the mom of 5 kids. Her youngest daughter is a Jacksonville University Sporting Clays, Skeet, and Trap Team member and the Jacksonville Clay Target Busters team mom. Jennifer left the medical field as a Practice Administrator after 22 years. She took a job as Executive Assistant for a construction company that allows her to pursue her passion, developing youth shooting programs.

"Ms. Horsley has long been a supporter of youth shooting sports and is a welcomed addition to our Florida volunteer team, "said Dennis Diaz, who will continue his role as FLYESS President. "Please join me in welcoming her on board."

Jennifer's role will be handling the day-to-day operations of FLYESS and searching for ways to get more youth shooters involved in USAYESS, youth shooting sports, and organizing more competitions for Florida's youth clay target athletes.
